Industrial and Special Nebulizers

Burgener Research strives to produce whatever our customers require for their applications.
We have produced nebulizers able to run 1 micro liter per minute, and others able to run
over 1 liter per minute. We prefer to use 40 psi to 120 psi, but we have nebulizers and nozzles
that work well at 15 psi, and some that can run at 5,000 psi. Our Enhanced Parallel Path Method
has no limitations in liquid flow rates that we are aware of.

As long as enough gas flow can be provided, then the liquid can be atomized.

The nozzle body can be metal or plastic, and can be virtually any size or shape desired.
All of the nozzles in this group have the same operational specifications of 50 psi and 1 to 200 ml/min.
The difference is in how the gas and liquid lines are attached. The above designs were
developed and delivered to the customer less than a week after receiving the request.
